WELCOME TO ASTON FENCE J & I SCHOOL

Welcome to the Aston Fence School website. The staff and I hope this will mark the beginning of a long and happy relationship with us.

We believe that it is vitally important that we recreate the security, care and understanding that you give your child at home. We also firmly believe that education is a partnership between home and school, and regard you as an active partner in our school's development and value your interest and support.

The word with which we want our school to be associated is “Quality”. We expect quality in everything we do and with this in mind we always provide the best resources and materials in order to achieve it.

I hope this website will give you some insight into how the school works, what will be expected of your child and how together we can provide the best working and learning conditions for him/her.

We have been here for over 120 years and are proud of our school, its beautiful unique building and spacious playing field.

Children start school in September of the year in which they are five years of age and leave us to transfer to secondary school at eleven. Continuity is important to us and our children find happiness and reassurance in knowing all the staff, in the consistent teaching methods, progressive curriculum content, consistent routine and high academic standards.
